Accessibility statement for the Gori online service

This accessibility statement applies to the digital service Gori and was published on 25.2.2026. The description of the service’s accessibility is based on self-assessment and an evaluation conducted by an external expert organization.

 

Our goal is to provide digital services that are accessible to all users. This accessibility statement outlines the known issues in the accessibility of the service and provides instructions on how to send us feedback or improvement suggestions regarding accessibility.

 

Accessibility status of the digital service 

The service partially complies with the accessibility requirements.

 

Non-accessible content 

The following content and functions do not yet meet the requirements of WCAG levels A and AA. We aim to address the key issues by the end of 2026.

 

Header

  • There are issues in the mobile navigation. The navigation cannot be opened using a keyboard. Instead, the focus moves directly to the hidden navigation links. The state (collapsed/expanded) is not announced. The accessible name of the element is vague. (2.4.3), (4.1.2)
  • The roles of wishlist and search elements are not descriptive. (4.1.2)
  • Email field lacks the correct use of the autocomplete attribute. (1.3.5)
  • The search instruction is located in an unsuitable place. (1.3.2)

 

Footer

  • The role of the consent choices element is not descriptive. (4.1.2)

 

The entire service

  • Some elements do not receive visible keyboard focus. (2.4.7)
  • The defined language of the service and the language of the content do not always match. (3.1.2)
  • Some content is lost when the viewport is narrowed. (1.4.10)

 

Other known issues in the service

  • There are links in the service that may be unclear to users who use assistive technologies. (2.4.4)
  • The search field receives its accessible name only from the placeholder. (4.1.2)
  • Filter options receive focus incorrectly. (2.4.3)
  • There are issues in the implementation of the search result links. (2.4.4)
  • Focus does not move to newly loaded content after activating the “Load more” button. (2.4.3)
  • Keyboard focus is indicated using only color. (1.4.1)
