GORI 38 PROTECT decking oil is a matt, solvent based, water repellent oil for outdoor wooden decks. GORI 38 is based on special long alkyd oil resins in solvent phase. Enhances the wood grain. High penetration. Also protects surface against fungi and mould.

In 2022 GORI 38 changes name to PROTECT. The product will remain the same, excellent quality.

Recommended for

Outdoor wooden decks – all kinds of wood incl. teak, nyatoh, bangkirai, meranti, ipe, and also pressure impregnated wood.

Apply with brush along the wood grain

 

Substrate preparation

Apply on dry, clean wood free from dust, fats, old paint, etc. Apply on all sides of the wood as well as sections and ends.

Drying Time:

• touch dry: app. 3-5 hours
• recoat: app. 24 hours
• You can walk on the terrace after 48 hours

Coverage:

• 1 L = app. 10-16 m²
